Welcome to the Joint Transition Assistance Program (JTAP) Employment Services. The intent of our services is to provide service members and their spouses the right tools, resources, and assistance to help find a career that fits you. The JTAP has Reintegration Specialist (Employment Coaches) trained to assist you with your search for a new career. Our goal is not to find you just a job, but to assist you in finding a career that will provide you with the challenges, satisfaction and financial support for you and your family.
