Returning Veterans Resource Project NW
Are you having a hard time finding work or readjusting to your former work? Are you having trouble sleeping? Are you experiencing anxiety in situations that used to feel comfortable? You may be feeling unexpected anger, or find that you are depressed at times and in ways that did not occur before. It may be hard to relate to your spouse, significant other, or to your children. Are there other emotions occurring that are new and unexpected for you?
These are all normal reactions to the stress of readjustment. If you find yourself dealing with any of these problems, we are available to help you and your family resolve them.
